1. Who we are

Vulu Design ("we", "us") is the data controller for personal data collected through this website (rotus.vuludesign.com and vuludesign.com). Address: Nakil Sk. 14/1, 34716 Rasimpasa, Kadikoy / Istanbul, Turkiye. Contact: mgmt@vuludesign.com.

2. What we collect

• Waitlist form: your name, your email address, and the product and console preferences you select.
• Contact form: your name, your email address, and your message.
• GG Grant application: your name and email address.
• Usage data: we use Google Analytics 4, which collects pseudonymised data about your visit (pages viewed, approximate country-level location, device and browser type, the site you arrived from). Google Analytics sets analytics cookies in your browser.

3. Why we process it, and the legal basis

• Waitlist and contact data: processed on your explicit consent, to inform you about the first production run and to answer your message.
• GG Grant data: processed on your consent, only to contact you about your application and only by the people running the program.
• Usage data: processed on our legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used and improving it.

We do not use your data for any other purpose. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

4. Who processes data on our behalf

• Netlify (Netlify, Inc., USA) — website hosting and form submissions.
• Resend (Resend, Inc., USA) — sending confirmation and reply emails.
• Google (Google LLC, USA) — Google Analytics 4, and hosting of the backup copy of waitlist and contact form submissions (Google Sheets / Apps Script).

These providers are located in the United States; data transferred to them is covered by their standard contractual commitments.

5. How long we keep it

• Waitlist data: deleted at the latest 12 months after the first production run.
• Contact messages: deleted once the matter is resolved.
• GG Grant applications: deleted once the application is closed.
• Analytics data: kept according to Google Analytics' default retention period.

6. Your rights

Under the KVKK (and, where it applies, the GDPR) you can ask us at any time what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, object to processing, and withdraw your consent. Write to mgmt@vuludesign.com and we will action your request. You also have the right to complain to the Turkish Data Protection Authority (KVKK Kurumu).

7. Cookies

We use only Google Analytics 4 cookies, for the analytics purpose described above. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's opt-out add-on, without losing access to any part of the site.

8. Changes

If we change this policy we will update the effective date above and, for material changes, note it on the site.
